Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions about your pageant journey for my pageant lockdown blog it’s lovely getting to know fellow pageant queens and more about the systems that they represent.
Can you please introduce yourself ?
Miss Mystic Beauty- Greater Manchester Sintija Ribaka, age 31
What made you enter pageants ?
I was stuck in routine and did not feel fulfilled,so being adventurous person, challenged myself and got involved into something new.
Have you competed before if so can you tell us about your journey?
I am very new to pageantland, however i did couple of charity pageants before.
What made you decide to compete in the Miss Mystic System ?

By doing plenty of research, I decided to give it a go, because only time could show was it a right system for me. Now proudly can say – absolutely adore Miss Mystic Beauty.
What the best thing that pageants have taught you ?
New skills and how to be more feminine.
What’s your pageant platform and why ?
I did grow up in countryside and animals always has been great part of my life, so i have choosen to fight against testing on animals and spread the messsage about cruelty-free products. As this subject is very wide, I have choosen to speak about cosmetics and hygiene products at this moment.
What’s your dream title ?
Miss Mystic Beauty Queen.
If you were to win Miss Mystic Beauty Queen, what would it mean to you ?
The way I look at crown and tittle, it gives you more opportunity to be heard and it is a nice reward for a great job you did, but if you do not win it – no one can take away all the good things and impact, what you have done for others and charities.
What’s the best advice you have for fellow pageant queens ?
From my personal experience, when you start doing something, people always will make comments and sometimes try to put you down, but do not listen to them and stick to your goals and ambitions.
What have you been doing in the run up to your pageant final ?

I love being everywhere-involved in community events, charity pageants, other ladies campaigns and my own “Choose Cruelty-Free project” .
What’s your favourite ever appearance ?
Last Christmas I donated blood first time here in UK, it is a great honour for me because Imight change or save someone’s life.
How has the lockdown due to Covid19 affected your pageant journey ?
I prefer going out and doing appearances, instead of online and internet campaings, had plenty of community and charity events to attend, but unfortunately they had to be cancelled.
What makes a good pageant role model ?
Good reputation, having a possitive attitude, being reliable and hardworking.
What’s your favourite pageant round ?
Fashionwear, because of creativity.
How do you deal with pageant nerves ?
I am still looking for solution to fix that, but for now – no matter how nervous I am, I just go and do it.
