Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions its lovely interviewing a fellow Diamond Queen.
So what made you enter pageants ?
My mum entered me as I had no confidence after being bullied throughout most of school.
What made you decide to compete in Miss Teen Diamond 2020?
I loved how welcoming everyone was and how it is one big family.
That’s definitely true I have never known such a supportive group of pageant girls, our group chat never stops !
What the best thing that pageants have taught you?
To not let other peoples opinion define your worth.
What’s your pageant platform and why ?

My pageant platform is invisible disabilities and bullying. As invisible disabilities is something that is under recognised as many people will still look at someone and assume they are not disabled purely because they don’t look it, this is something close to my heart as I have cerebral palsy.
What’s your dream title ?
Miss Teen Diamond UK
If you were to win what would it mean to you ?
It would mean that all the hard work had paid off.
What’s the best advice you have for fellow pageant queens ?
Believe in yourself as this is the hardest but most crucial step in achieving your goals
What have you been doing in the run up to the final of Miss Teen Diamond U.K. ?
I have been raising awareness for different invisible disabilities as well as fundraising by doing cake sales at my school.
What makes a good pageant role model ?
Someone that will be a listening ear and is willing to help anyone
What’s your favourite pageant round ?
Interview because I love talking about how I have raised awareness for invisible disabilities and how I have tackled all the obstacles that have came my way whilst being a finalist.
How do you deal with pageant nerves ?
I tend to tell myself how hard I’ve worked and that the nerves are just a reminder of the hard work
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions it’s been lovely speaking to a fellow Diamond Queen and learning more about your platform, I’m looking forward to meeting you at the Miss Diamond U.K. finals later on in the year. Much love Charlotte, Ms Diamond South Yorkshire 2020.
**For those that don’t know the finals of Miss Diamond U.K. have been postponed but it means that you still have time to enter **
