Director Interview with Miss Premier Beauty Pageant

Firstly thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions about your pageant system for my pageant lockdown blog.

What made you start Miss Premier Beauty Pageant ?

A desire to create the right platform for young individuals to harmoniously express their potentials and achieve their most impossible dreams. Also I wanted an avenue to reach out to the needy and less-privileged within my catchment.

What makes Miss Premier Beauty Pageant different to other pageants ?

For Miss Premier Beauty Pageants “We are who we are” We stand as a vehicle for personal development and global advancement for young women of nations.

What’s the ethos of the pageant ?

Capacity Building and Human development

How long has Miss Premier Beauty Pageant been running ?

Since 2018

What do you look for in finalists ?

Leadership Qualities, Charisma, Confidence, Personal charm and discretion.

Do you have a chosen platform or charity ? If so can you tell us more about it ?

Yes, Silver Empire Foundation is an NGO which focuses primarily on youth empowerment, entrepreneurial development programme and charity with the aim of creating a most favourable environment for young entrepreneurs to acquire relevant entrepreneurial skills, knowledge, values and attitudes for business and societal development.

What do your queens expect to do during her reign ?

She is expected to use her office to effectively communicate the core values and vision of the brand, making impact and building capacity during her reign.

What’s the best thing about running a pageant ?

For me the best thing about running a pageant is the fulfilment I get seeing these young models positively impacting and Changing Society.

Due to COVID19 there has been many pageants postponed or cancelled, your final isn’t until September so hopefully things should be back to normal then. Has the lockdown affected your pageant so far and if so how ?

Yes, The COVID 19 has really affected us as we were working towards the next edition in April, but due to the Lockdown, we had to postpone the event till further notice.

What do your winners receive ?

Merits are:Cash Prizes Ambassadorial deals, Movie roles. All paid expenses Vacation trip Developed Pet Projects Media Tour and More…

What’s the best thing about being a pageant director ?

As a pageant director I have been able to creatively guide this young women on how to positively impact society. This brings me so much fulfilment.

Are they any sponsors that you want to speak about ?

We have some major Partners, but I will love to talk about Splash Energy Limited Ghana. They have been a great support to Miss Premier Beauty Pageants organization. We are where we are today because we have God and Splash Energy Services Limited as a great shoulder to lean on, They are always there whenever we call. I also have some great politicians in Nigeria who has sponsored most of our projects. We are very grateful to all our sponsors and partners.
