So my first appearance of the week was the positivity video that I filmed last week ! All the videos were put together and released today !
So today I decided to do another campaign with my diamonds this time I’ve written. Poem kindly edited by my director Danni about the pandemic some of the finalist will read out a line or two and film it then Georgia a Miss Diamond finalist is going to put it together for me as I can’t edit things very well !!
Here’s the poem !
A pandemic is here
And For a time we are living in fear
We can’t see our friends and family
For this we often shed a tear
But I am sure that soon we will be back to living in pre lockdown bliss
But to stay safe we need to stay apart
All Schools are cancelled
so parents are homeschooling and left feeling baffled
Work places closed so is done at home from a laptop
Unless your a key worker and it is to them we say thanks
Without you this would be so much Worst
We have that much pride for you all our hearts could just burst
So stay home stay safe and social distance
Until this virus is out of existence
Then we can carry on as before
Hugging our loved ones and making up for the things that were cancelled or lost
Because these are a small cost
Compared to the lives that have been taken by Covid-19
Keep up the positive and spread kindness
Much love The Diamond Class of 2019/2020
So I’m trying to break a world record !!
Joining in celebrating National Superhero Day and a Superhero World Record attempt!
I’m helping Arrive Alive to make history by setting a new World Record & celebrating the voluntary lifesaving superheroes who attend 999 medical emergencies !
On Tuesday 28 April 2020, Superhero in the Home is attempting to set a World Record* for the most people dressed up as superheroes.
They need more than 1,581 superheroes to step up to the plate and accept this challenge. So please do pick your outfit and get your family, friends, neighbours and colleagues in on the act. This may seem like an impossible challenge, but by taking part, we will all be showing our support for #oursuperheroes on the frontline, who are faced with the different challenge of working around the clock to keeping us all safe, every day.
Just put on a superhero mask or outfit and post your picture onto the Arrive Alive Facebook or Twitter. Why not even host a Zoom party to celebrate our heroes. There is also a superhero mask template which can be printed and personalised !
We do hope you accept the challenge! Dress up & donate !
Remember they can only count you as part of the World Record if we receive a photo of you on Tuesday 28th April 2020 via twitter, email, facebook or or instagram!

I’m supporting Ms Rose UK Northeast 2020 – Karine campaign for the forgotten disease, B12 deficiency / pernicious anaemia.
Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal bloating, constipation or diarrhea, loss of appetite, and weight loss. Feelings of numbness, tingling, weakness, lack of coordination, clumsiness, impaired memory, and personality changes can all occur. Both sides of the body are usually affected, and the legs are typically more affected than the arms.
Please get checked if you have these symptoms as it is now relatively easy to treat.
I’m joining in with Miss Diamond Derbyshire 2020’s #youarenotalone campaign to raise awareness for domestic abuse.
According to data, an estimated 7.9% (1.3 million) of women experienced some form of domestic abuse in the year ending March 2018, and an estimated 28.9% (4.8 million) of women aged 16 to 59 years have experienced some form of domestic abuse since the age of 16 years.
However, since the lockdown due to covid-19, the national domestic abuse hotline has seen a 25% increase in calls and online requests for help. If you are at risk/experiencing domestic abuse then the lockdown rules do not apply. You are still able to seek refuge and if you cannot leave your home the police will respond to your call and support services/shelters are still open!
Never feel you have to suffer in silence, even during this pandemic there are so many ways to reach out and get help. You are not alone and you deserve help ❤️
Blue heart on the hand

Supporting AuroraYour Miss Mini Diamond Somerset in wearing purple for Stroke awareness month! 💜
A stroke is an attack on the brain, it happens when blood supply to part of the brain is cut off, causing that part of the brain not to work. The effects of a stroke vary depending on which part of the brain is affected and how bad the stroke is. Strokes can also cause bleeding on the brain. The effects of stroke can be forever, although some people get better very quickly. They need care and treatment and when it’s really bad they go to hospital.
Stokes have affected people in my family. They can affect most families.
Every 4minuets someone dies from a stroke.
I am joining Clare Hurst in raising awareness about bullying. I’ve uploaded two photos one from my school days and a more recent photo. Bullying is never acceptable of any kind even if someone makes you feel like your not good enough or calls you names or even takes things. Bullying isn’t always physical it’s psychological which is often worse as physical scars can heal whereas emotional can last. I was bullied at school for wearing glasses and now I hate wearing them !! Let’s all stand against bullying and show kindness in anyway we can I’ve not always been kind myself it’s all part of being human however I always try and show as much kindness as possible. 💜💜💜💜

Me at school !

Me now !
Ms Diamond NW London is doing her own campaign he’s my little bit it will be released in full next Thursday ❤️
I’m also getting involved with Miss Teen Cumbria’s campaign about mental health the full video will be released in mid May but here’s my section on my top tips for keeping good mental health during lockdown
Today I launched my own online campaign !!
My pageant platform is cancer awareness and end of life care.
Cancer is often spoke about but end of life care isn’t but nearly a third of death in the U.K. are due to cancer (pre lockdown) now end of life care is a subject that is not often talked about and in a lot of cases people’s wishes regarding end of life care are not listened to or discussed this needs to change #yourwishescount !!
Please join me in my campaign by posting a photo with the hashtag #yourwishescount so people know that when the time comes there are choices available to them.
Much love Ms Diamond South Yorkshire 2020
Supporting Mrs Diamond East Midlands in her online campaign for Scheuermanns Disease by wearing purple !!
This is her story in her words !! At the age of 14 I was diagnosed with Scheuermann’s Disease which is a spinal deformity. After having numerous X-rays, MRIs, Typography and physio appointments it was clear throughout my whole spine I only had 5 vertebrae that were shaped as they should be. Whilst it wasn’t to obvious to notice at first glance my posture was very slouched and I could not put my shoulders back properly. I suffered from constant aches and pains which I got used to, but on a bad day the pain could be excruciating to the point where I would be bed ridden get stuck getting in and out of the bath or need help getting in and out of bed.
I underwent an 8 hour surgery at age 17 which included having 2 titanium rods and 26 hooks and screws drilled into either side of my spine. I was admitted to intensive care for a very long and painful recovery. I can’t put into words the pain I felt when I woke from the anaesthetic, I was hooked up to a morphine drip, epidural and was taking every painkiller available and it still hurt. It makes you realise how vital your back is as every small movement you make is connected, I couldn’t lift my arms to do things like dry my hair and it even hurt to cough and sneeze. I had to build up stamina again as I couldn’t walk very far and easily tired out. I later found out I was pregnant with my first little boy so all the pain killers aiding my recovery I had to suddenly stop which did not help along with the strain of carrying a child.
Still now at 25 I have nerve damage in the upper left segment of my back and have aches but I’ve only been stuck once or twice (when I over do it)🙈. I started pole fitness to build the muscle back up in my back and improve flexibility as all my muscle was cut through to expose the bone during surgery, I do not let it restrict me in terms of my day to day life or exercise and I went on to have 2 more beautiful children. Due to my rods in my spine I am not allowed an epidural/spinal block so lucky me got to have 2 very natural births! (Ouch) 😂
So to help her spread awareness please share a photo of you wearing purple or a photo with a purple ribbon on your hand and #scheurmannsdisease
Supporting Miss Diamond Kent in her campaign #myHSDchallenges
For those of you wHypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), more specifically Generalised Joint Hypermobility (GJH)are a group of conditions related to joint hypermobility (JH). HSD are intended to be diagnosed after other possible answers are excluded, such as any of the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) including hypermobile EDS (hEDS). HSD, just like hEDS, can have significant effects on our health. Whatever the problems that arise, whatever the diagnosis, it is important that these effects are managed appropriately and that each person is treated as an individual. HSD and hEDS can be equal in severity, but more importantly, both need similar management, validation, and care.

May is Borderline Personality Disorder month !! For those that don’t know Borderline personality disorder is a condition that affects how you think, feel and interact with other people. Symptoms of borderline personality include being emotionally unstable, having upsetting thoughts and acting without thinking. The main treatment for borderline personality disorder is a type of talking therapy called psychotherapy. The cause of borderline personality disorder is unclear. It’s been linked to traumatic events during childhood, such as neglect or abuse.
Let’s spread some awareness much love ms Diamond South Yorkshire
I’m supporting Some Heroes Wear Yellow campaign started by Lizzie Fowler to raise awareness of the work of the The Royal International Lifeboat Institution.
🌊The RNLI is an all-volunteer 24/7 rescue service funded entirely by donations!
🌊They not only risk their lives saving people in trouble at sea, they also provide lifeguards on beaches, water safety education and initiatives, and emergency flood services.
🌊Like many charities, they are struggling to raise funds during lockdown, despite still being needed.
Joining in the Green Queens Initiative
To raise awareness of Hedgehog Week which is 3rd to 9th May.
This is a fact from the Green Queens Initiative
Hedgehogs are lactose intolerant so milk will upset their tummies.
**Also during lockdown more people are clearing out the gardens and having a tidy just watch out for hedgehog nests and if you have one don’t disturb it !! **
But for further info go to the link https://www.britishhedgehogs.org.uk/the-basic-facts/
