All you need to do is post your favourite photo and say what your grateful for ! I think with the current crisis the world is facing it’s a lovely idea !

I’m grateful for my daughter ❤️

I made a little video of some of the appearances I’ve done over the last 12 months ❤️

I love reading but don’t often get the chance unless I’m on holiday but I’m reading more due to the lockdown !

Im currently reading “nice work if you can get it” so far it’s brilliant and based in sunny France near Cannes !!

Taking care of you mental health both before abs during lock down is very important !

The way I keep my anxiety is low is having a pamper morning !

We’re talking hair mask, face mask, foot mask and hand mask !

Last week I signed up to raise £30 in 30 days for the Sheffield’s Children Hospital and my local paper have ran the story online ! Here’s the link https://www.thestar.co.uk/health/beauty-queen-quarantine-supporting-sheffield-childrens-hospital-2540011

I also took part in another online campaign !

I have seen this a lot in the media with some charities who help women in domestic abusive relationships seeing a increase of people visiting there website by 150% !

#WeWillNotAbuse for Domestic Violence Lockdown Awareness. 💜

Supporting Miss Atlantic Somerset !!

Lockdown for some will mean stuck at home exposed to an abuser for long periods of times. Not being able to seek help or get to their safe place as the perpetrator is always there.

Please take part in her online campaign to raise awareness and help more people understand the early warning signs of domestic abuse.

All you have to do is share a photo holding a sign pledging – #wewillnotabuse, along with the poster and early warning sign list in this post. If you can’t take a photo holding a piece of paper just share the poster and the warning list with the #wewillnotabuse. 💜

These are the first statistics to give a picture of the potential consequences of the lockdown for abuse victims

💜The National Domestic Abuse helpline has seen a 25 per cent increase in calls and online requests for help since the lockdown began.

💜The charity, Refuge, says there’s also been a daily rise in people accessing the helpline’s website, and last week, that figure was up by 150 per cent.

If you or someone you know is suffering from abuse, please add yourself to the Coronavirus Domestic Violence Support group on Facebook, or call the 24 hour Refuge helpline – 0808 2000 246

Please help share my campaign to help more people understand the first signs of abuse, and to encourage more people to speak out and seek help.

This month, I’m proudly wearing my stripes to raise awareness for Primary Immune Deficiency’s and to support a miss global darling finalist !

Primary immunodeficiency diseases are a group of more than 400 rare, chronic disorders in which part of the body’s immune system is missing or functions improperly. While each of the diseases may differ, they all share one common feature in that each results from a defect in one of the functions of the body’s normal immune system.

Those with an immune deficiency are referred to as Zebras, due to medical professionals using the term to signify a rare disease.

Together, we are Zebra Strong!

It’s PJ’s for PANCAN day!

And I’m going in Miss Diamond Leicester campaign !!

As you all know cancer awareness is part of my platform so this campaign is very important to me !

It’s time to say ‘goodnight’ to pancreatic cancer – it’s been kept in the dark for too long and we need to join together and raise more funds and awareness!

Pancreatic cancer doesn’t cause any signs or symptoms in the early stages – which makes it harder to diagnose as early as possible.

Symptoms include:

💎 Abdominal pain which can spread to the back

💎 Unexplained weight loss and loss of appetite

💎 Jaundice

💎 Change in bowel habits

💎 Indigestion

Today I received this email !! I’m so excited !!

It is Transplant Nurses Day. A day to raise awareness of the unique contributions transplant nurses make in the lives of the people with whom they work, especially their patients.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the nurses that work in the transplant sector, for your dedication to patient care, high standards, and better outcomes in patient health.

For all those nurses that care for patients pre and post transplant, and last but by no means least, the Specialist Nurses – Organ Donation, also known as SN-ODs, who work closely with the courageous donor families.

Also at this time we would like to express our thanks and we send our deep gratitude to all those who are dedicating their time to look after victims of coronavirus. We are forever indebted to you all and to the NHS for your care, support and love.

Thank you all for your strength, care, dedication and compassion in helping those whose lives are touched by organ donation. #ShareYourWishes 💞

Today I’m wearing yellow to support the policy and everything that they are doing to help support us and keep us safe during the pandemic !

So my little project is complete !

And I also turned it into a video !! Here’s the link to YouTube https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=AuZzOenUj2s

Today is World Hemophilia Day 2020! And I’m supporting my fellow diamond sister Georgia in her online campaign for this !

💎 Hemophilia is a rare disorder where the blood doesn’t clot normally. This is because the blood lacks certain clotting proteins. Somebody that suffers with Hemophilia may bleed for longer when they have an injury.

💎 Hemophilia can be genetic, however around 30% of people that have Hemophilia have no family history of the disorder!

Signs and symptoms of Hemophilia depend on the level of clotting. Spontaneous bleeding occurs if it is severe.

Symptoms include:

💎 Blood in urine or stools 💎 Nosebleeds without a known cause 💎 Large or deep bruises 💎 Excessive and unexplained bleeding from cuts/injuries after surgery.

Don’t stand by, Stand up! Heather Jordan’s Campaign !

In 2019 alone, there was 1.6 million women who experienced domestic abuse.

Since the start of isolation there has been a 700% increase of calls made to domestic abuse helplines in a single day.

Please stand up with her in support of the survivors, in support of those who still have no voice and cannot escape domestic abuse. Can you help her?

She would love to get as many people involved in her campaign to provide basic essentials to those who are living in refuge accommodation and let those know who are unable to escape this, that they are not alone.

How you can get involved:

To help those that are experiencing Domestic Violence, we need to be as discreet as possible with our posts across social media, you can do one of the following or even all of them if you wish:

(Do not tag her in the posts, please send the images and videos separately via private message direct to her ! and She will create a appearance poster for those that want one)

– Take an image just like mine with the slogan as displayed – Don’t Stand by, stand up! Again as a caption for the image do not put anything except from the Domestic Violence Helpline: 0808 802 3333

– I have also attached a link here of an amazon wish list. https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/1X0F7SIIMCXHP?ref_=wl_share

The wish list contains sanitary products, basic essentials, books for their children. You do not have to buy items from my wish list you can send any that you wish. This can be sent to my home address and then I will be taking these items when it is safe to do so to Staffordshire Women’s aid who provide help not just for women but men also who have suffered Domestic Violence.
