So restrictions are being lifted but only 6 people can meet at once meaning that appearances are still though !
The first thing of the week was to complete suicide awareness training !

Today I became a campaigner for Macmillan
Today I had a bit of press here’s the link https://www.millionairesitm.com/2020/06/journalist-pageant-queen-influencer.html?m=1
I’m supporting michelle ann livingstone with her campaign called #wearitblue to raise awareness for PTSD 💙
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop after a very stressful, frightening or distressing event, or after a prolonged traumatic experience.
Events includes :-
💙 serious accidents 💙 physical or sexual assault 💙 abuse, including childhood or domestic abuse 💙 exposure to traumatic events at work, including remote exposure 💙 serious health problems, such as being admitted to intensive care childbirth experiences, such as losing a baby 💙 war and conflict 💙 torture
PTSD develops in about 1 in 3 people who experience severe trauma.
It’s not fully understood why some people develop the condition while others do not.
But certain factors appear to make some people more likely to develop PTSD.
Let’s help raise some awareness for PTSD 💙

I’m joining in Emma’s (Ms Goa) campaign called #bluebutnotblue to raise awareness for recurrent oligoastrocytoma glioma.
This campaign is all about staying positive and everyone can get involved.
Please join her campaign. All you need to do is take a photo of yourself wearing something blue and use #bluebutnotblue and not feel blue. Please tag her in the post or share your message to her inbox.
The reason she is starting campaign post is to create awareness of oligodendroglial tumours because she has this and want to spread positivity.
Common signs and symptoms include:
