My first online appearance for Week 10 is
Thank you Megan for letting be part of your mental health awareness video !!
We had to write a positive comment in a mirror
I chose determined which to me is positive
From setting goals to achieving your dreams
To see the full video go to her Instagram
Today I featured in another online campaign video
My certificate for Move for Mind came through today too ! I raised money for Mind U.K. by exercising each day for a week.
I’m supporting Annie Morrow, Miss Natural Beauty Wales, in her campaign to raise awareness for females with autism.
It’s more common for men and boys to receive a diagnosis of autism but it’s increasingly believed that autistic women and girls may be better at masking their difficulties, leading to their autism being missed.
So Why are more men diagnosed as autistic?
💖 There is a ‘female autism phenotype’: autistic females have characteristics which don’t fit with the profile usually associated with men and boys.
💖 Autism assessment tools are usually based on male characteristics, leading to under diagnosis in females.
💖 Women and girls are better at masking or camouflaging their difficulties.
💖 Autism traits in girls are under-reported by teachers.

I am joining in @missteenteesside2020 campaign #campaigningforselflove
So self love isn’t just about popping a face mask on and have a pamper it’s about understanding any issues you have and working on them, improving yourself and potentially inspiring others x
Joining in with Miss Beauty U.K. Scotland For her mental health awareness campaign

Today I also wrote about finding joy !
As you all know my platform is cancer awareness and end of life care
Now what many of you don’t know is that I found a lump in breast a couple of years ago luckily it was nothing serious but the experience was something I will never forget and now I often check my breasts for changes !
So I decided to put a little video today to show you how easy it is to check your breast for lumps and changes !!
Remember by checking your breasts it can save your life !!
I’m joining Kimberly Porter and her Smile with Kim and stop domestic violence campaign!
Seeing Kim’s post I read that she was a victim of domestic abuse and always hid behind her smile. When I interviewed Kim we actually discussed this and I was so proud of her sharing her story.
Kim is asking you to post a selfie/photo of you smiling to help raise awareness! Now more than ever especially with lock down domestic abuse is occurring!
Today I also had an interview with @pageant_live which was live on Instagram
I took part in Miss May Beauty which 2 of my fellow Diamond Queens organised to raise money for Samaritans
I won 2nd runner up, best personality and secret judges choice !!!
