So lockdown rules have slightly changed but I’m still gong to carry on until events are allowed again !!

So last week I filmed a message for Ms Diamond Portsmouth and she released it today as it’s for Mental Health Week. To see the full video check out her FB Page. But for now here’s the screen shots explaining more.

I’m also carrying on with Disney Dementia for 7 days !!

What you need to do is dress up as different disney characters, inspired make up, disney bound and post a statistic or a fact about dementia 💙

My dementia statistic/fact for today is

Common early symptoms of dementia

  1. memory loss.

  2. difficulty concentrating.

  3. finding it hard to carry out familiar daily tasks, such as getting confused over the correct change when shopping.

  4. struggling to follow a conversation or find the right word.

  5. being confused about time and place.

  6. mood changes.

Today I had another interview publish with Pageant Magazine online version due to COVID19!

This week is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week

It’s Mental Health Awareness week and this year it’s looking at random acts of kindness. Research shows that doing good and helping others is good for your mental health.

So im taking part in Ms Somerset’s campaign #MessageOfKindess campaign. All you have to do is….

  1. Share the #MessageOfKindness poster below

  2. Choose ONE person to send your message of kindness to.

  3. Tell them WHY you’re proud of them.

  4. Share your favourite MEMORY together.

  5. And don’t forget to include the DATE you both met.

Let someone know how PROUD you’re of them today!!

Be the reason why someone smiles ❤️

My message of kindness goes to Lisa Cox ! Me and Lisa Met at Royal U.K. Miss in July 2016. You made that day so special for me and Evie and I’m so proud that you placed top 5 at Ms Galaxy U.K. !

Don’t forget to put the hashtag #MessageOfKindess ❤️

Joining in Royal International Miss Scotland Creative Fridays

This week is a poem

So I wrote this poem a while ago and go all my Diamond Finalists to say a line !!

Im joining in with Emma Miss U.K. Rose Finalists campaign #emmasmovement which is part of move for mind which I am also taking part in !!

So day 1 is here and the move for today from Emma is Starting with wrist rotations!

I’m supporting Jasmine Pearce Miss Teen Global Darling Finalist To help raise awareness for mental heath, She has created a online campaign #BeKind2You.

To get involved, post a picture of yourself holding up with sign #BeKind2You.

This year, Mental Health Awareness is focusing on kindness; while this means being kind to one another, it also means being kind to yourself. Those with mental health issues often forget to be kind to themselves; they blame themselves for their illness and sometimes refuse help.

Supporting my fellow Diamond Sister Lucy in her campaign #staynotostigma today marks the start of mental health awareness week as well as May being mental health awareness month.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, at any time

The mental health organisation wants to get the nation talking about kindness and mental health hence the theme kindness

Please join her in wearing green and using the #SayNOtoStigma
